The lower commode part with double curved front and three drawers, writing part with hinged sloping desk and red leather liner, in front of a compartment with two drawers, secret compartment and two side drawers. Upper part with a central tabernacle compartment with double central locking and 10 drawers. Gilt and chased brass fittings. Walnut, burl, plum, bog oak, engraved and fire-shaded. Rich ribbon marquetry, floral motifs on the door compartment. Rest., minor additions, traces of age.
